We are currently looking for board members to fill these positions for the 2009/2010 school year:

• Legislative Vice President
Receive training to learn what current issues are facing our children and attend “PTA Day at the Legislature” in February so you will have a chance to
advocate for children with our lawmakers face to face.

• Willow Elementary School Safety Commissioner
Organize the Walk-to-School Day in October, and the Bike-Rodeo in the spring. Have other safety concerns like substance abuse, Internet safety, or
bullying in schools? This commission is your ticket to make a difference.

• Committee Member
If you like to help but don't want to be in charge this is the job for you. Board members will contact you when they need help and you can say, “yes, I can”
or “no, but please call me later.” We couldn't do it all without our committees.
